This machine adopts Siemens Servo motor to drive the needle winding drive through synchronous belt, which is more accurate, reliable and fast than the traditional mechanism with motor and auxiliary structure to drive the needle winding drive, so as to ensure that the winding size and the number of turns are the same, and effectively improve the quality.

4. The winder is composed of precision machining and high-performance pneumatic components. Fully parameterized winding, suitable for a wide range of products, high winding accuracy.

5. This machine adopts PLC programmable control and human-machine interface, which is simple and convenient to operate.

6. In case of any abnormality or lack of material in the mechanical fault, it will automatically alarm, display in a centralized way, and have the function of accurate counting.
