(2) When the bare core is fed, the machine adopts multi-stage conveyor belt flat feeding mechanism with photoelectric detection switch to ensure that the bare core is free of extrusion.

(3) The speed of the feeding vibration disk of the bottom shell or upper cover can be adjusted, and the flat conveying belt can stop automatically when it is full, with the function of feeding in place detection.

(4) The dispensing amount of the dispensing mechanism is adjustable, and the dispensing head can be customized to change the dispensing amount.

The material storage barrel is equipped with a material inspection switch to ensure that the glue is applied when there is material to ensure no leakage.

(5) The guide falling type is used to take and discharge the bare core, so as to ensure the smooth entry of the bare core into the shell.

(6) The human-computer interface can be switched between Chinese and English.
