1. Manual lead-in of pole piece, automatic winding, automatic needle change, automatic tape sticking and automatic blanking.

2. Two reels of diaphragm take the initiative to unwind, and the tension is adjustable. It adopts imported precise proportional valve control, digital tension setting, and automatically adjusts the tension according to the set speed, number of turns and width of winding needle during operation. The winding process of the electric core is evenly stressed, and the inner ring of the electric core really has no S shape

3. The trough width of the pole piece can be adjusted to fit the pole piece of different width.

The trough size is high precision, wear-resistant and smooth.

4. The equipment adopts Vertical tape, the length and width of which are adjusted greatly, which can easily guarantee the appearance and dimension quality of the electric core.

5. With special treatment, the roll needle can be pulled out quickly and smoothly, which will not affect the tidiness of the rolled core, and will not scratch the diaphragm, or cause the roll core to spiral.

6. It is suitable for square lithium-ion battery with standard winding width of 17mm ~ 60mm.
